STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES

Due to a large number of orders resulting in extended logistics times, we are expediting shipments. tokmoc thanks you for your approval and purchase!

Pre-sale goods delivery time to ensure that within a month (because the order is too large, at any time will be sold out, but we have been in production stock, so the first order to buy priority shipping!)

United States: 5 - 10 Business days (Due to our surge in orders, logistics are extended by 3-4 days / depending on the country)

• Most packages are shipped via FedEx, but some locations we utilize USPS to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders take 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.

Where can I find my tracking number?

REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has been already shipped out.

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

waldenbrickoffers a 30-days money-back guarantee for goods purchased directly from waldenbrick.com, which is only applied to defective products. We don't do returns or refunds for good-condition products.
Once there is a product issue, please take one video or photo for us to check out more details so that we can reship the new one or just refund you in the 3-Month warranty period.

Once the package is lost or you never received the package when it's shown delivered status, please contact us for reship.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once there is a lost package or product quality, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal, within 15 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
